Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product we can not warrant delivered items that have been already used. However, you can contact us if something did go wrong with parcels or products you received.

In case any exchange or return takes place, defective bird whistles must be returned in the original protective packaging, and will be exchanged for the same types and designs. Shipping is not refundable.
